foogo sippy cup review
The Foogo line of sippy cups are made of stainless steel and plastics that do not contain Bisophenol A (BPA). (For more
information, read bpa free baby bottles and sippy cups.) The sippy cup for younger
kids comes with or without handles and a larger version with a straw is available for older children.
I was concerned about BPA in the plastic sippy cups you can buy at regular stores so I ordered a several
different BPA free sippy cups. The Foogo by Thermos is hands down our favorite among the safe sippy cups. The regular sippy cup and the thermos
with the straw are both made of stainless steel and safe plastics in either blue/yellow or pink/purple combinations. The pastels and the
stainless steel makes for a very attractive cup.
The regular sippy cups can be purchased with or without handles so they are perfect for toddlers just beginning to use a
sippy cup, or toddlers that are well used to them. They are dishwasher safe too, which is a big plus in our house. My older children like to
use the large Foogo that has a straw instead of a sippy spout. It too is easy to clean, attractive, easy to use, and safe for kids to drink
from without worry of chemicals leaching into their beverage. Of course one nice feature about the Foogo is that it doesn’t leak. Not
only is it safer than plastic cups but it performs just as well too. It has become our cup of choice.
